Octanes tactical is I say better now yeah it costs more health but he gains more regeneration in general which is a sacrifice I am willing to take
Pathfinder is the best for mobility in my opinion. I wish his grapple and zip line were slightly longer

I think the new seer is about C or A #RIP bloodhound
As a Lifeline main I think her tactical should be able to heal her "ONLY" teammate that heals 50 up to their health or shields that is near to her. And her ult should be a self-healing that only last 5 sec but heals faster. I think this is a great rework for her
