Rev is a a tier legend they wouldn’t need to nerf him every patch if he wasn’t good the passive is great for flanking his ult is great for defensive and offense and his tactical is great for stoping movement legends from escaping
I will say that in my opinion caustic will go to B-A
I think loba is A tier
honestly if you wanted to make Mirage better they'd need to reduce his ult clones by 1 or 2 and have his team have 2 clones, but even then that might be toxic asf
Mirage is a or b tier and a great team player… if his decoy gets shot at it reveals where the enemy shot from for the whole team to see plus the invisible revive and respawn plus the ultimate allows for decoys and targets to steal the attention from enemies so teammates can get some ground as well.. i never understood why mirage never got the love he deserved and its basically because people dont kno how to use em
Bloodhound and Gibby definitely S tier easily and idk about Horizon being S imo she's a low A high B tier.

Ash is defined not an s tier legend either low A or high B she’s definitely outclassed by wraith
