If you don't find fuel in Oli, you have at least a good chance of finding propane to barter for fuel

Tip for new players stay away from fortress, and if you are gonna scav the best safe way to make money on customs is to loot either cashes or to loot skeleton and crack house technical supply crates
Just one thing… The first building on customs is not called smokestack (according to the map you are showing), its right in front of silos, next to ZB-101 exit
