Cyberpunk may be damn good at graphics, maps, missions etc.
But it has degraded and annihilated the physics and gameplay
That's the reason it looks so crap….Even Far Cry 5 had next generation graphics, but it was a failure in all other aspects

Cyberpunk looks so waxed wet and just meh gritty look.
In cyberpunk the cars drive themself then there is auto belt too that prevent from jumping from the window;)
In terms of bugs it's impossible to defeat cyberpunk
