‘The eighth mainline instalment of this survival horror series takes a sharp turn into the supernatural with Resident Evil Village. Ethan Winters the hero of the seventh game has his life disrupted by the sudden arrival of Chris Redfield which leads him to a mysterious village.

There are werewolves and witches to deal with. Capcom says the outdoor environment will induce anxiety as danger ‘lurks around every corner’ and the return of the first person perspective will bring a ‘visceral edge to combat.’
