The one forging the Weapon is a Demigod called Ornn. The Brother of the other Demigod Volibear, the silhouette you saw after the Ursine roaring with lightnings in the clouds. Lorewise, Ornn didnt forge a weapons in decades. He is preparing for war… Love it 😀

One fun interesting thing to add.
The Call is animated by Unit Image (another french animation studio, like Fortiche).
They worked on 2 episodes of Love, Death + Robots (Beyond the Aquila Rift & Snow in the Desert), some Legends of Runeterra Trailers (Breathe, Call of the Mountain, Empires of the Ascended)
*Sejuani's faction with Olaf is surrounded by the unified kingdoms of Ashe and Tryndamere on one side and the lissandra cultists on the other… not counting the savages of volibear.
*The people of Taliyah will return to slavery when the empire of Shurima is strengthened.
*kaisa will be devoured by her "skin" if she does not continue hunting in the void and she can never be human again.
*Pantheon despises himself for being only the vessel of a god and seeks a symbolic liberation.
*Ornn, God of the Forge, has not made a weapon in the thousands of years since the founding of the Freljord. And today, he forges a sword. That's a declaration of war from a god.
They all have lost their war but they don't give up.
What makes this cinematic so special, at least to me, it's that it is almost 100% lore accurate, with the stories we got recently.
Epic battles isn't enough to impress anymore, the attention to fine details like the realism in this video. Thier complex facial expression, even the damn dirt and soot on their hair and body. Man this is 10/10. It's like Awaken 2.0 in terms of realism.

I love that since cinematics 2020 onwards we finally get nice season animation cinematics of the lore instead of just showing the champions fight and every year gets more epic and realistic in animation. Just incredible!

I think "2WEI" is a word play. The German translation for two is Zwei.

Btw. "2WEI" is a refference to "zwei", the german word for two. So they took the Z and exchanged it with 2, which both looks like Z and is also the german word for … yeah you get the joke.
It is pronounced like "Vi" from Arcane, only with a z at the front. The german "ei" is the same sound as the english "i".

So, I am sure someone mentioned it before, if you just want to know more about the Lore of Runeterra (where both LoL and Arcane take place). Then may I suggest that you go look at Necrit's videos as he is the Loremaster with amazing explanation videos that tell exactly the hows, whys, whens and whos.
Rek'Sai is stirring and Kai'Sa is trying to stop her along with Taliyah. Ornn is forging weapons again, stars are falling, and Atreus/Pantheon is trying to get to the top of mt. Targon. it looks as if there's something wrong with Aurelion Sol and this year's events will be Void-centric. I absolutely can't wait.
