Well, that really answered the question I had of Cassette Girl being in the base game regarding this situation. Really sucks that the person who inspired the character went through very terrible things, I can only wish my condolences to her and hope she gets the best support she truly needs.
As for the character, the most we can do now is accept that Cassette Girl has a cool and unique design. The likelihood of a similar character to her is minimal, but not out of the question.
And to those thinking they can do something similar to making a copycat of Cassette Girl, please don't. Unlike what happened with EXE/Faker and how he inspired many OC's after his removal from Vs. Sonic.exe, Cassette Girl is tied to a real person's likeness, and thus a possible trigger of the experience she went through. By trying to make copycats, it would only make it harder for her to live life w/o being reminded of it through seeing the character inspired by her likeness.
And we can't apply the same logic of separating the art from the artist like with Sky because it runs into the same issue. It's one thing to make a character based on a fangirl who is infatuated with the main character of the game, but it's another to make an OC inspired by a real person who went through trauma.
TL;DR, understand why a character like Cassette Girl will no longer be in the game and mods and respect the wishes of those involved. Making copycats of CG will only make it harder for everyone involved due to the circumstances involved with the situation. And try not to worry about Cassette Girl being the game in light of this situation and instead think about the rest of the game being made going forward, because it's assumed the creators of FNF have heard the news and have plans for removing Cassette Girl in light of the situation coming out.

I know how shitty the FNF community is, and I get that ''ohhh people are sensitive and harass the mod creators and stuff'', while sure there have been examples of this, there have also been examples of people truly doing some horrible things. These people are lucky enough to be only banished from their communities and not have any more punishment for it like they should. Only once have we ever even gotten close to this happening, this community really does deserve it's justice. And I hope Lex is gonna be okay, I personally haven't watched Super Mega nor have I ever planned on it, but I'm definitely not gonna now.
