fischl isnt free. You cant get her for free now. There is people that started to play after the event or didn't play during the event. not everyone can play every game the hole time some swap between games from time to time. There is also people that play maybe for 1 week per update then swap to a different game. Or they weren't high enough AR to do a event when it happened. some people also take their time with core content and it can take a long time for them to get high AR. Or there is people that could play but only had maybe 10 min a day that wasn't nearly enough time to get fischl depending at how good their artifact were. There is also people that skip stuff if they dont like it. Im just listing a few reason why im sure there is more reasons why someone dont have her.
My point being only assume something is free if you can still get it or could get it in the same update.

Childe is "enabler carry", this is my biggest blunder in genshin. No wonder when i'm hyper invested on him it feels underwhelming.
My Childe xiangling beidou bennett comp clears abyss 12-3 in 23 seconds and Bennett is only 70/70 c3 w/ festering desire. My c6 sac sword xingqiu can not fill this role like for like with equal artifacts. The clear times are way slower
He's also fun to play
But he's also not a waifu
so if i have r4 rust + 4pc HoD, do i go for hydro cup or atk% cup? also i plan to use/not to use bennett depending on the team.

Mona still is a better hydro applicator same with xingqui. Think childe works great as a sub dps. That extra level in talents is a huge boost.

I never learn about how to apply riptide this comprehensively. I just hit everything and suddenly splashes are everywhere 😂
How doess 2 instances of 1k damage equate to 4k? Unless the proc itself increased in damage, it should total 2k, what am I missing here
I usually just cycle between N2C and N5C just to manage stamina and interruption. It also helps keep things not boring using the same cycle.
