Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is an upcoming online action role-playing video game developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The game will be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 15, 2019.
Played from a third-person perspective, the game takes place in Washington D.C. 7 months after its predecessor, in which a civil war between survivors and villainous bands of marauders breaks out. In the game, players can cooperate with each other to complete objectives. The game will also feature raids, which can be completed by up to 8 players.
The game is being worked on by Massive Entertainment. Evaluating the feedback from players regarding the first game, Massive Entertainment planned to include more game content at launch and improve the endgame. The game’s endgame development was prioritised by Massive Entertainment after hearing players’ complaints from the first game.
The game was announced on March 9, 2018, by Ubisoft, with the first gameplay footage being premiered at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2018 in June 2018, In the Expo, Ubisoft confirmed that the game will be released on 15 March 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A beta is set to be released prior to the game’s launch. After the game’s release, three episodes of downloadable content, which add new story content and gameplay modes, will be released for all players for free.

I wonder if anyone speculated that they are using the snowdrop engine …. bugs bugs bugs bugs bugs 😂😂😂 Also what if the majority of the game, the base of the div 3, is already completed and now redstorm takes over and polishes it and adds the end game / dark zone.
If it's over for division give us an ending with a dlc or something to tie the game off
Not worth it if we lose Division, I grew up a huge Star Wars fan a long time ago in a Galaxy far away but at this point Division is a much better franchise to me than sw.
As much as Division isn't perfect this has been my go to game for a LONG time back to the even worse Division 1 days.
wheres the PS5 upgrade tho? its faster of course but how about some ray tracing /fps ?????
red storm please I want to see what they can do when in full control, doesn't have to be a sequel, rather it be a spinoff separate from the current div "story" so they can really go all out. red storm also has a rogue icon/symbol as their twitter header too. maybe at e3 this year or the next ubisoft event. if not then we won't see another div till at least 2025 if massive still wants to do another
Great so pvp will be broken an exploited, glitched meta builds till end of game. Cooooooool
I am quite keen really! I've been with The Division 2 since day one, it was worth my money to be honest, but now I feel like it's time for me to move on to another game. I tried Warzone and it just didn't fit my playstyle. I am still enjoying this game though balancing with R6 Siege.
Add survival to division 2. It was the best thing to do after endgame of div1 besides DZ PvP.. which everyone needed a break from at times.. It would also breath some life into the game during a long delay for Div 3..
Don't want Division 3 wouldn't buy it, twice bitten on that one.
No matter how trash and lackluster Division has become, certain YouTubers will ALWAYS prioritize the game to grow their channel for views and subs.
i hope division 3 is developed by another studio like redstorm
Yeah I'm going to be honest and say that the Division franchise is probably going to be rested for a few years. This is based on nothing more than my own wild assed guess of course
With increased speculation on the future of division it’s important that the devs offer some reassurance around its future and give players the respect that they deserve. I appreciate the devs put a lot of work into the development of the game, equally players put a lot of time into playing it.
Can only hope that red storm take over the division from massives hands
You covered it the other day. Maybe shark lab is not making a clone maybe they are the devs for the divisions 3
Nooo pls not massive, don't let massive shit make it 😭😭😭
I wont be buying that
well star wars is already ruined thx to Disney so i dont think this new star wars game will go far… if this was announced years ago i would of been hyped but being a star wars fan today not looking forward for another ruined star wars project… just look at the recent star wars games. so hope for the best and prepare for the worst. also DON'T PRE-ORDER cus thats how they get u… hoping for a division 3 though
There are two things we can be certain of. 1: the game will look amazing. Both Division games were really good looking and created a fantastic atmosphere (especially New York in winter). 2. We'll spend half our game time getting stuck on the scenery. My one (faint) hope is that, if the Division 2 is the last in the franchise, then Massive end it well instead of letting it just fizzle out. That would, imho, be a bigger betrayal of the player base than the Iron Horse world first travesty.
The division over. Sad to see a game with so much potential being thrown away
Either way we’ll find out in next few months if we’re to go by the division 1 timeline
Red storm comes to save the day.
You’re right in what you say. But my thoughts on division 1 and division 2 maps could be incorporated to make division 3 quite easily and quickly. And most players could retain their builds. It wouldn’t cost so much and it would give an underground system for everybody to utilise with new players system other than that it would be quick and easy to do. Just my thoughts I thought you’d like to know.
I sense a disturbance in the force lol being a massive star wars nut I'm buzzing about this new star wars especially an open world game 😁 but i will be disappointed if the division franchise gets scrapped as the division 1&2 are top top games and i feel that both can take the spotlight and shine bright….
After the mess of Div1 and Div2 plus Massive's lack of respect and dishonesty towards players despite my love of Star Wars I couldn't be less interested in whatever they make.
Forget about division 3 we all know the division series are trash just put all you have on star wars
I relly hate these ideas to make games out of movies and star wars is getting a bit old. Division was something new so i relly want more of these division kind fresh idea games. Division 1 was awesome exept glitched and broken mechanics made it suffer but all and all cause of fresh idea it gave me alot of good times. Division 2 was basicly full of things div fans didnt want and tbh they made remake of everything that suckd In div1… Like survival on div1 holy crap it was and still is insainly fun. Div 2 gave us raids that only 5% could do… Not that its Hard but to find clan that has 8 players active In broken game is just too hard to find.. So what we gonna get is div3 with star wars skins and mindles grind to find thing that they nerf after ut get them…. Sorry about bad English and rant but fact is ubi does things all wrong and backwards
División 2 are really dead…..
Judging by how lazy this developers are, year 3 will be another manhunt fuck this game
I heard that DIVISION 3 could possibly made by EA actually.
All they have to do is let Red storm make a DZ like Division 1 populated like Division 1 with last stand and another PVP mode add survival some loot a couple exotics some buffs a partridge in a pear tree and I’m good for another year.
