Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is an upcoming online action role-playing video game developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The game will be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 15, 2019.
Played from a third-person perspective, the game takes place in Washington D.C. 7 months after its predecessor, in which a civil war between survivors and villainous bands of marauders breaks out. In the game, players can cooperate with each other to complete objectives. The game will also feature raids, which can be completed by up to 8 players.
The game is being worked on by Massive Entertainment. Evaluating the feedback from players regarding the first game, Massive Entertainment planned to include more game content at launch and improve the endgame. The game’s endgame development was prioritised by Massive Entertainment after hearing players’ complaints from the first game.
The game was announced on March 9, 2018, by Ubisoft, with the first gameplay footage being premiered at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2018 in June 2018, In the Expo, Ubisoft confirmed that the game will be released on 15 March 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A beta is set to be released prior to the game’s launch. After the game’s release, three episodes of downloadable content, which add new story content and gameplay modes, will be released for all players for free.

And survival 2.0 sounds EXACTLY like spies vs mercs multiplayer from Splinter Cell pandora tomorrow.
If this is indeed fake the Division developers need to hire this person and implement this game mode.
I would say fake. I don't think they would make a game mode forcing PVP. That would keep a lot of players from paying for it including me.
This is a VERY GOOD attempt at looking official, but you can tell the Talent wording is slightly off from how Talents are actually worded in-game. Not "if you kill the target". The game always says "Killing a debuffed target grants….". They have uniform language they always use.
The Damage bonus on the talent is kinda flawed.
The damage stack is not toward the weapon overall, it's only toward the one target you're shooting. So each new target would start the stack from ZERO.
Great for Bosses, but not amazing for all the other less tanky targets.
The Bonus Armor though sounds Great. We all Want ways to proc intimidate without using a Backpack. HA HA.
Do the math. If a magazine is 40 to 50 bullets @ 60% = 24 to 30 Crit Hits (This would be per Target/Kill, if balanced to kill an Elite in one magazine).
So you'd expect 12 to 15 % Bonus Armor per Kill. So basically a beefed up Bloodsucker, but on a Gun.
Instead of the game mode it will be hunter apparel
Could they confirm a leak like this? Like if this is actually true, then wouldn't massive confirm it for us or something. This just sounds too good to be true
Sounds cool for pvp game mode. But the other part seems like more season crap. People will have moved on so much they wont want to come back.

Well said as always epic. The ideas expressed in the post you've just read were pretty awesome, albeit grandiose and imaginative, but shouldn't suggest it's all a fluke. I loved the video. No lie, got excited like a school girl. All gitty over there idea of that fucking game mode and the organic progression into the introduction of it sounds pretty amazing. Taking with a healthy pinch of salt, but it's nice to have extrapolative insights at least. Instead of dead silence. Something tells me these ideas have been mulled for a minute. All of the development and production team under NDA's aren't exactly going to be fully forthcoming with information they could get sued for releasing our contractually terminated. So perhaps these ideas have already begun early production. Hopeful thinking, at least lol. Thanks for sharing Epic!
