I think the most well established games from zenimax (elder scrolls, fallout, doom) will not be xbox exclusive. Less known games and new franchises are more likely to be exclusive.

The leak can be credible and can't be. The reason why it can't be because the environment looked pretty similar to the one featured on UE4 and those quality of rocks can be added from Quixel Megascan's library which is entirely free for UE4 and has 90% photogrammetry models. The thing is, people can make these types of things in just a 3 days now with all the tools available publicly. But the way the numbers in the screen and the camera movement can also show it might be possible that the leak is true.

Legit? Maybe. Dude it's insane to me that Skyrim came out when I was in my 20s, and Elder Scrolls 6 won't come out till I'm in my 40s.
The information about the asset ID is not advanced code knowledge, anyone who has ever used console commands in skyrim/oblivion/morrowind would be familiar with this. Not saying it proves/disproves anything, just that this is basic knowledge many players would have.
Also, the rock as you mentioned is a different color, shape, and texture to the rocks in the official video referenced. There are only so many ways a rock can look… Rocks be rocks…
I say again this looks like the unreal engine free asset kits available right now. Not trying to be a downer, I like your content, but this speculation doesn't add credibility to what is probably a fake leak.
