I’m glad I’m not the only longtime Elder Scrolls fan who loves ESO. It gets so much hate and I don’t get why. Even as a lore-junkie I’ve never noticed anything drastically lore-breaking and people always just bring up the same complaints about lore “inconsistencies” they’d know the reasons for if they ever actually played the dang game. It’s a fun game that can even be enjoyed totally solo. And the events like this one are always fun!

I did the old life observance with my sister and I did it to remember my IRL mom.
You can actually see "ghosts" of characters that died during quests. You probably haven't finished the specific quests that lead to them spawning. Or maybe the spirits don't spawn always or you looked away at the wrong moment 😀
