I bought all the dlc as they have come out on ps4. I wish this game would havr cross save so i can play on another console or pc and so i dont havr to pay for eveything all over again.

Cant stand Eso anymore. They are constantly nerfing EVERYTHING. Its suppose to be a full release game and it acts as a game preview because every class and ability or cp is subject to change.
Nice to see a review on this game, I've spent the last 5 years not having a clue what it really is.
That said, it looks like it's pretty much exactly what I thought it would be.
The load times between maps on the xbox one S with the game installed on an ssd is quite fast, would there be much improvement playing on the xbox series x?

I don't think that we will see 4K60. Even on PC that is very hard to achieve since you need a lot of CPU power to do that which. Even newer CPUs like Ryzen 5000 Series can't achieve stable 4k60.
