Wait in season 7 the cube looks like blevin.
What if the cube queen is just someone who was in the mothership during the event and was blasted in to it when the explosion happened or maybe crushed when the all the cubes fell and she just absorbed the power and when she came out wanted revenge for either no one even knowing or caring that she helped to blow the mother ship and was assumed dead and gone forever or wants to rule over the island

I have a theory. In ch1 s7, the ice king was holding a blue cube, which he then used to cover the map In snow, but now that there is a blue cube in ch2 s8, maybe the cube will set up ch2 s9 since it supposed to start in December. Or maybe even the ice king will come back.
The gold cube put energy of a weird message saying follow me to all the cubes it gave energy
