I wonder how the value of elites/investigation points drops if one doesn't need artifact xp anymore (and coverts them into mora).

This is AWESOME! I wonder, do things change a lot when you're using characters that no longer need xp? A lot of mine are permanently at 80/90 as far as I'm concerned, do things shift heavily in the favor of elites? Will be taking non-elites more seriously either way though, I never realized their mora is still relatively substantial when they're in larger numbers, will fight them when they're on my elite routes anyway, or if I just wander across some on my way to daily commission etc.
