Storytelling has always been one of my favorite aspects of video games. I love exploring new worlds and meeting new characters, learning their unique histories and backgrounds. Video game lore allows me to immerse myself in these worlds that developers have created, and help me better understand the stories that they are trying to tell. In this video, I discuss why video game lore is important for fully appreciating everything a game has to offer.

I feel like games nowadays are all about the competitive scene so it’s nice to hear someone appreciate immersive single player games for once.
I LOVE lore in games, especially in the fallout franchise
The reason I love The Witcher 3 as much as I do, and why I think it transcends most open-world games is how it masterfully weaves the lore into the world and plot. Replaying The Witcher 3 after reading the books was revelatory.
Great video as always!
Honestly tho I feel like games are too business oriented these days. They are all cash grabs for cosmetics and micro transactions. Nothing feels important or creative anymore
great job!!!
Nice !!
