If I had to guess, this is based on the first 1-2 seasons. Anyways, hereโs my guesses to the fate of each sister.
Lori – I donโt really know, but considering sheโs the oldest, she MIGHT have the most common sense needed to survive.
Leni – I refuse to believe Leni would survive. Sheโs not stupid, but I find it likely sheโd be caught off guard.
Luna – Idk tbh
Luan – Luan would 100% be corrupted, possibly trying to prank an infected person, only to be jumped.
Lynn – No. Just no. Sheโs aggressive and honestly lacks common sense, so chances are sheโs gone.
Lucy – I mean, maybe?
Lola/Lana – Both of them would likely argue over who should stay behind, only for both to be corrupted.
Lisa – OK, I could see her surviving, she IS the smart one.
Lily – A literal baby, sheโs going to be consumed.
But thatโs just my guess.
