16:18 Allow me to clarify, you must avoid ALERTING the Phantom Maw, not just escape him without being snatched. If he chases you but doesn’t catch you, you will NOT pop the achievement.

Thx Maka, btw I found another note in the office room in the bunker, near the board, called Hypothesis. Also found two other Eerie drawings Friends Forever and Sad Nursie.
There is one drawling right after you place the sun flower called sad nurse. To get it as soon as you walk out into the hallway before you use your shield the first time go to the boxes to the left and the photo is there in the shadow world

I just finished my no-walkthrough playthrough of the game and got all but 2 achievements. Now I need to replay the entire game with this video for those last 2. This is just inexcusable at this point. I missed 1 post card in the woods and a few of the notes. Thanks in advance for the video.

Found all the others myself. Can't believe I forgot to go back to that one aswell. I was stood at the locked gate near the elevator trying to figure out how to get through on my first play through.
Also a shame there wasn't level select after completion would make things so much easier

This video is amazing. Thank you for this. I would have been screwed and would have had to do a second playthrough because of the postcards at the tent. I would have inspected the tent first and would have missed the postcard on the bench. So thanks again for your hard work.

I 100% this and finished last night. Even with a guide I still missed 1 of Thomas’s notes because I’m an idiot…so I had to play through the entire campaign again.
I missed one, must have forgot it when reloading. So no chapter select and must get in one go..they do that to milk replays and hours to get more money from playtime in gamepass? Conspiracy? Hmm

You missed the sad nurse errie drawing other then that great video
Be really careful not to press continue if you get spotted trying to evade the Phantom. use a save because it's not that easy and you have 4 encounters, and if you mess up even one you will miss the achievement. and the game doesn't have much replayability in my opinion
