That ending was so unsatisfying. Who died? What happened here? I guess I'll have to wait a few months for a wiki or Reddit or something to find out.

It's been established that unless you become some corrupted monster, you have the same body that you currently have in the regular world. If you're a child, you have a kid's body. If you're an adult, you have an adult body. The only exception was the kid version of one of the villains, but it's been established that the monsters are able to produce hallucinations in both the spirit and real world and so those kids were likely that. None the less, something was producing those hallucinations.
Yet Lilly is an adult, and not only does her spirit version appear as a small child, but is missing an arm as well. Is there something I'm not getting? Shouldn't she appear as an adult as well in the spirit world?
