It's interesting to see that even rendering the dual reality at 1080p isn't taxing the CPU much. It's still GPU bound.
I think the reason why is so demanding all the time is because is rendering both maps at the same time, even when you are not in dual reality. That way whenever it needs to change back to Dual Reality, it'll do it without save times.
At least that's the only logical answer i can find.

When you enter dual reality in the Hotel it runs even worse, as low as 15 fps in my case. I tried everything on low at 720p and it averages 25-28 fps in that section too lol

En 30fps a 1080p con calidad alta o media alta es una buena opcion aunque me hubiera gustado que llegase a 60.

I am getting 60 fps almost locked on my 1660super with 16gb 3200 mhz and r3100 i am hotel entrace just finished prologue 1080p max settings

I don't have the game. I don't see a problem with have 30fps or even a bit under. Not exactly a quick reaction action fest game. It would probably be fully playable with under 20 too. Not as enjoyable of course.
I do wonder though how this GPU would fare at 1440p for this game.

Benchmarking was done wrong. You need to use the 'Custom' Quality preset if you wanna use the settings from the Advanced tab. Low, Medium and High settings use a preset and changing things in Advanced tab does nothing to those presets.
EDIT: The game is still badly optimized on all consoles and has a memory leak on the PC version, regardless of video settings.
