Hi I am not so good at English but you must realese you spirit and lure it to the left in the room that is closed in the real world. Then go back to your body and sprint to the blue switch to realese the electricity. Hope I could help
I have managed to move water to correct locations & the panel has stopped working. I cannot continue though because the floor is still electrified near the control room.
