if you rewind this part a few times. you can see that Red is doing a hand wave, which means "Go get the trophy! I will deal with this myself!" and they listened because they are loyal to him at this point. but then they were like "Wait.. no, Red is too good of a friend we gotta save him" and they did! Red was literally the reason why those 3 mobs went from D grade getting students to S master!

Actually theduckgoesmoo, there's two reasons why Alan Becker doesn't have much intros and/or outros:
1. like incredible hamburgr said, to not disturb the sense of story that flows through here
2. He's popular enough, the reason he did all those sponsors, minecraft servers, and shot-outs is that he was on the way to a diamond play button, (10 million subs) and since he's practically one out of five animators who own one (Explosm Entertainment, HISHE, JaidenAnimations, Odds1out) the self promotion is deemed necessary to achieve it.
Which makes sense in most regards, he is after all the "King of Stick Figures" and has the most subscribers and pretty sure views for an animator, who would need more prestige and promotion after those accomplishments?
