  1. love how he claims he would have died from electrocute when he wouldnt have.. if your gonna coach atleast have some calculations behind what you speak… ive watched a number of your vids and its you just raging not teaching, or teaching bs mechanics stop munching off the unknowing.

  2. mid difference but yo NEACE. SUB 5 min mile. Build your weekly distance to 30ish miles with a long run of say 10-13 miles(sign up for a half marathon). one of your other runs should be just a fast 3 mile run. when you check your 1 mile time just check it as the last mile of that 3 mile run. you will be nice and warmed up for peak performance. Another tip is to find a very long down hill and practice running at a sub 5 pace down it. say 4:30. This trains your stride for the pace your aiming at. Then run back up it for resistance training and to increase your tolerance to running at an oxygen debt.(which builds up red blood cells and increases your oxygen uptake) don't forsake the your rest/recovery times. be safe and best wishes.
