I don't play Fortnite, but there's nothing wrong with copying genres from other games, this is how innovation goes, innovation is not just making new stuff, it's also allowing other people to use it, imagine if id Software patented the FPS genre after making Wolfenstein 3D and Doom, preventing anyone from making other FPS games, no Duke Nukem 3D, Half-Life, Halo, Call of Duty, Bioshock…

    Many people claim that Fortnite ripped of PUBG, but in the end, Fortnite was not only more successful, but it was better, and even though Fortnite is the copy, it looks more original than PUBG that is an asset flip while Fortnite has its own style of graphics and characters.

  15. absolute garbage, Fortnite has 0 original ideas. What a crapshoot of a game only out there for printing money, I feel so bad for all the people who have to play it to stay relevant on youtube or twitch, it'll be so much better when it's dead and gone and people can move on. I thought it was bad when there was a saturation of Minecraft and FNAF youtubers but holy shit i'll take those days back anytime over Fortnite being this copycat game that just prints money. Epic is such a terrible company for doubling down on this game, the only positive thing it has brought to the gaming world is crossplay.
