Putting it away just stows it like putting away a normal gun, you don't get free ammo back. As seen when you stowed it with 90 bullets left, then pulled it back out with 90 and emptied it.

Imagine Sheila with stopping power
I need more time with and against sheela. The movement speed when you aren't on a pad is kinda bad to the point that shotguns / wingman can still be a big issue especially given they get to move around rapidly while you are a sitting duck. Cover peaking with things like scout / 30-30 / 301 also can give it some trouble at range as its not very accurate. It feels like octane pad combos with everything these days lol.

I have a big feeling shes going to get a nerf Since the sheila is now mobile. Alot of people are gonna say shes too op because the dps from her ult is too much. 1st of all her wind up is longer than havoc. 2nd your able to down her before she can get her 1st shot. And 3rd you can here the wind up. I hope devs keep her the same cause now she has a kit shes more viable. Shes in the top8 but the bottom of top 8. She is at a good state and shouldnt be nerfed.

Hopefully with this comment it’s not repetitive but to get energy back for Rampart’s ult if you’re on PlayStation you press left or right on the D-pad that gives you your ult energy back
You only get 50% ULT charge back if you haven't shot a single bullet from it.

Sheila mains were Seer mains just a week ago
Best way to nerf shiela is to not be able to loot while having shiela on and put the loading time before shooting around the same as the havoc and make the hipfire center down longer the damage is okay and make it so that rampart can only pull shiela out 2 times and then after that her ultimate will reset to 50%
Jankzz apparently when using Sheila if you melee right after the ammo runs out it slowly recharges
I feel like if they really needed to nerf the three guns thing with Sheila then they could do this change instead of out right nerfing Sheila. When you take out Sheila there is no countdown timer however if you try to switch to another gun with Sheila out then Sheila will go back on ult cooldown. If you didn’t use Sheila at all then it goes on a 90% ult charge. The more you used Sheila the longer the ult cooldown
