Well in battlepass one the last card was the blueprint of kj's turret and we got that as an agent the next season. In battlepass 2, it is the skye's bird and we get her as an agent too. Now the last card in the battle pass (excluding epilogue), was a name tag that called "momento mori". I think we get something here

Yoru is the intruder! He has used his ultimate to get past the a site where he was trapped . There were some early hints where yoru's footsteps were seen while we were in the game
