I give the STM a perfect 5/7.
Do BSG actually use their brains when adding new guns? They added a semi-auto .338 instead of a bolt action, putting another nail in the coffon of bolt action rifles, and now they add YET ANOTHER 9MM. I'm sorry but as someone that's been following the new guns in the game for the last 2 years.. what are they even thinking? "Ah yes, let's add another 9mm that either fullfills the same purpose as an already existing 9mm or we can have it be useless after the first 2 weeks of the wipe!". They could add a higher fire rate 5.45×39 AK for example that has a fire rate of 800-900RPM which would actually fullfill a new function, but no, let's add another useless gun that is outperformed by all other guns of the same caliber… Sorry for tilting guys but this is just ridiculous.

Used a few on labs. Definitely a great scav/raider/guard killer; less ideal against players.

It was basically exactly what I thought it was going to be. the STM-9 is such a weird weapon and there are better alternatives in that price range, but at the same time there's a certain charm to it that makes me want to use it instead.

Its a semi-auto mpx for the same price…. I don't get the hype
If only we had a realistic early and mid-wipe, I'd be all for using this gun. It's a shame we basically take 2 weeks (I'd argue this wipe it was like 1 week) into a wipe cycle for it to get mid-wipe, and at that point it'll hardly get used. I'd be all for having more variety of weapons used in-raid, but at this stage of the wipe cycle, after the initial interest in the weapon dies down, I feel it'll hardly get used, and that's a real shame.
STM is a gentlemen’s weapon. Similar to a ASH-12, MPX, MCX and RSASS. Cost effective no, meta ehh MPX can be, bad ass yes. Each one is perfectly fine and can be effective but no way meta. Mainly just a fun alternative to the meta. But this gun has become a personal favorite just fun weapon to use imo. Been using it with the valaday clapping people on interchange.
Looks like it is just a weapon more that is "almost good", right with the Vepr KM, SKS and ADAR and so on ^^'
there are hotkeys to remove the mag and un chamber the gun, if you didn't know. get them nice cinematics c:
I love the idea of this gun as a tricked out survival gun, but this game in its current state/meta makes this gun kinda useless. But in a real world survival environment, I'm not sure what I would take over it?
ran this thing in factory yesterday and it did surprisingly well. You can move while ads and still be on target while spamming

Tactical sunglasses like Crossbow are actually made of bullet proof material.

by the time its upgraded just use a stock vector lol
long barrel, tac30 scope and 7n31 and this gun doesnt only slap, but its fun and very viable at longer distances. down the hallways on resort it truly shines. great video
how you not get killed on interchange while looting solo for 90 years? if i get greedy and try to loot more than enough, angry chad footsteps inevitably come haunting me
gun is junk, even early game id rather have a PP-19.
