Never would I have expected the original to get a remake it's been so long since I've even seen the original it gave me nightmares as a kid

This gave me more scares now then it did when I was seven
What I like about this remake is that it's a faithful modern interpretation of the original Sonic.exe game and also to try to be what the game could've been all those years ago if it was made by a good dev team. There are much better and scarier Sonic.exe games than this, but the intention of this game was to revive the original concept and prove that it wasn't a doomed idea. I mean, hell, the creator of this game is the creator of Sonic PC Port so we know he can make a hell of a good and scary Sonic.exe game, but he chose to hold back for the sake of preserving the original game's legacy.
This is the remake ever. It's absolutely insane.
