Is she actually out? I'm on NA and either my client is bugged (not surprising) or she isn't out yet? When I check patch number it says I have 11.19 but can't buy dawn/night bringer skins for anyone and don't even see vex listed as a champ…anyone else having this?

Her ultimate being such a huge part of her kit makes Ultimate Hunter way better than Ravenous, she's burst from range so she doesnt really need to have that kind of sustain. Ive also been going Manaflow Band because of her terrible mana issues, and Transcendence for spamming her abilities consistently so theres no down time in skirmishes

Also been going back and forth between Electrocute and Dark Harvest trying to pinpoint which is better, her mid-late game is pretty strong already so I'm thinking Harvest is the better choice. As far as items I've been going between Luden's and Night Harvester, they're both good at popping but the move speed on Harvester is really solid for repositioning in Skirmishes and such. Dark Seal has been my starting item looking to turn it into a Mejai's followed by Rabadon's if were getting fed, followed by a Lich bane, if not then straight into Lich Bane for synergy with her passive to get even more extra damage out of weaving your autos.

Summon Aery on vex might be good against those lanes where she can constantly proc her passive to punish her opponents with autos
