  1. I really appreciate your work in making this series. I hope that people who aren't able to play the game or don't care much for MMOs will be able to enjoy this amazing story through your channel.

  2. I am pleasantly surprised there's no "imposter" memes here. Finally, freedom.

This portion is when I stopped paying attention in-game, so I really appreciate it! Thanks dude!

  3. Presumably, this takes place AFTER the Garuda of Eorzea was summoned to the world of Eos, since Noctis' boy band, comprised of Kid Cloud, Kakyoin, and Eli Silverman, battled the Eorzean Garuda with a little help from the Garuda of Eos.

  4. I actually prefer this version of the Dravanian War, where both sides are duplicitous and have innocent blood on their hands rather than the more one-sided "Ishgard is 100% the one in the wrong".

Granted, part of that is my complaint about FFXIV's writing in general: there seems to be many writing teams working on the game with little enforcement of character consistency outside of the given patch (much less expansion).
To keep with the Dravainian War, compare how the heretics are portrayed in ARR vs the lead up and during Heavensward – willing to kidnap and forcefully convert others into heretics via dragon blood and kill everyone else (and never attempt to entreat help from the outside world for reasons I'll not mention due to spoilers) but during Heavensward? "Help, help, we're being repressed! We've done nothing wrong!".

    (different spoilers)
Or compare how the Warriors of Darkness acted in the first couple of patches they were first introduced vs how their true motivation was. Joking about (in no uncertain terms) failing to kill a teenager/young adult doesn't jive while what they were supposedly trying to accomplish.
