What is up everyone my name is xsebtional and today I want to show you everything you need to know about the Swamp in Valheim. The swamp is the first real challenging biome in Valheim. The meadows and black forest are nothing compared to this. This is due to a lot of strong enemies and the location of the swamp. In this video, I am going to show you how to find the swamps, what enemies you will encounter and how dangerous they are, what materials and items you can find here. And at the end of the video, I will go a little bit more in-depth in how to make sure you can make it through the swamp with the least amount of deaths and trouble. If you defeat the bonemass boss from the swamp and get the wishbone you can also find muddy scrap on the surface of the swamp

I couldn't help but notice you never had the rested buff it is a buff that increases your energy Regen all's you have to do is sit next to a fire while you are under cover for a little bit and you will get it hope this helps great video on the swamp btw I don't think you missed anything to my knowledge
How long does it take for the dungeons to respawn?
I found a swamp quite close to the place where I killed the elder, but unfortunately the only crypt in the swamp was bugged. It looked like a well with a spiral staircase going under the water table. So the entrance was inaccessible.

Well actually you may encounter swamps with multiple crypts most I stumbled upon in one biome is 3 I’ve heard people encounter more I guess it depends how big the swamp is and smaller ones sometimes don’t have a crypt

Swamps can have more than one crypt FYI. I have two in the same swamp and they aren't even that far from eachother at all.

Me and my buddy who are playing together on his server have made three massive bases, one of which we have just finished turning into a sheer cliff face on all sides except a Helm's deep-esque ramp approach, we've found the merchant and both have the Thor's belt, but haven't found any swamps

great video, thanks man! i couldnt figure out how to make a better boat cause the raft sucks for travel, once i crafted bronze nails i could craft the better boat and finding swamp was easy
