  1. Zelda, Mario and sonic are the holy trinity of iconic video game music. Just like everyone else, the music of these games hold a special place in my heart <3.

I do have a list of under-appreciated video game music that everyone should check out:

Bayonetta 1/2: they really captured the ethos of Bayonetta's femme fatale character with the feminine yet energetic feel of the music. Truly a unique sound, from the jazz and rock fusion to the fun Frank Sinatra covers!

    – Crash Twin-sanity: Probably the one of the most underrated video game soundtracks. It's an all a capella soundtrack that is insanely catchy, funny and quirky! it's so fun listeing to it while playing the game!

    – Mario Strikers Charged: underrated game and EVEN MORE underrated soundtrack. Oh my god, I had the time of my life playing that game… So many good memories.

    – Bloodborne: as popular as the game is, I don't often see the music being discussed. The ambiance and gothic sounds are truly unique, and the scores for the bosses sound gargantuan.

    – Dark Cloud 2: Another underrated game and soundtrack, the music at the castle at night in the beginning of the game and the carnival/circus music is still stuck in my head till this day.

    – Person 5: technically it's this game's music is popular… but I just want it to have classic status, or maybe it already has that status Idk.

There's so much more that I'm forgetting but yeah, I highly recommend the music of these games!
