The main reason why I want a series X or S is simple…
Gamepass.
I don't think neither console is the best over long term. Each game is going to have their own exclusives. I think it's a good idea to have both, if you're a big gaming enthusiasts. I now have the ps4 and the Series X. I've decided I'm going to pass on the PS5. There would have to be a truly great PS5 exclusive that I absolutely have to have to make me buy a PS5.

what makes you think ps5 isn't future proof
it makes no sense to get an Xbox series s or x if you can just get the games on pc and still get all the exclusives
Xbox is better than PlayStation because of dev mode. I can play emulator games on my system and it’s awesome.
Sony and Microsoft should of put the series x and the disc version ps5 put it bit more cheaper so people would get it because that more people are getting poor af like me lol 😂

Didn't buy a new console to play old games. If i want old games I'll drag my ps4 pro or my ps3 out of storage. Other than that long term is pc all the way.

I hear what you and the article is saying. Gamepass is a great deal but in the long run Microsoft will raise the price of Gamepass and people will be like why pay a monthly subscription if I only just want to play a few games a year. Microsoft spending more money than making a profit. They probably breaking even. That's a big probably.

At the end of the day it’s determined by a numbers game and it’s not even close total units ever sold head to head. Even looking at both current systems the PS5 is like an art structure and the Xbox is just a block.Competition is always good because it makes the competitors better.
I hate it when all Media says there’s nothing to play on Xbox I turn mines on and I see more I can play for $45 for 3 months. All games I have paid for on PS4 are on there technically for free but not free. Its odd wording lol. And the inclusion of EA Games all Racing Shooter games I have not gotten too. And I can play Madden without dropping $60 for it is a win. I’m a PlayStation Guy have been since 1997! That’ll never change but I’m not afraid to admit when another company does something smart. In Microsoft’s case its very smart. Imagine in the summer they’ll add all the Xbox Arcade Games more games I never had the chance to play?…. Man. Just like my Digital games on PlayStation once there 100% I just uninstall them but technically have them ready to go if I need to play them again. But I uninstall them mainly so they don’t keep updating when I’m not using them. I literally go from Game to Game so, Xbox is worth the money in the long run. So is PlayStation with there Exclusively as well! Both Systems are winners in there own right. I don’t fanboy anything I find it silly and childish since I’m going on 34 Years old. I laugh when I see Grown Men on YouTube acting like 5 year olds 🤣 Great stuff bro.
I am fortunate to own both consoles though I went with the Series S instead of the X. I really don't understand why you have to be loyal to only one… Shit, I'm enjoying both to the fullest! That gamepass is fire! At the end of it all its a good time to be a gamer.
If you love gaming you should get both. If your casual casual it shouldn’t matter their both good.
