Im a low spender, meaning welkin and bp only and i wanted to pull for homa since zhongli is my favourite character and i wanna treat him good. But seeing this video has changed my mind lol
Never used a weapon banner before for obvious reasons but I'll try this one later since it's so good for both Diluc and Hu Tao, however I'll only go to pity once and then stop. Don't have primos for more than that; gotta save the rest for my guaranteed Hu Tao next week. But I'd be happy with either of them. In general I don't think pulling on weapon banner is smart unless you are in fact perfectly happy with getting either of the 5-stars on it. Otherwise it is fundamentally bad in terms of RNG

For average spenders… Roll for Hutao first and if you get lucky and still have budget left then consider the weapon!
