Lots of really good tips in this one to improve your general gunplay and movement! Hope y’all learn something and be sure to like and subscribe if you enjoy the content!

If you want to practice the recoil patterns for weapons besides the R-99 and R-301 showcased in the video, check out this overview of all the recoil patterns on reddit courtesy of u/Barninho:

  1. What's up y'all! This is the second part of the controller guide series going over how to master different gun mechanics, recoil, and some movement tips as well! I tried to be as detailed as possible and provide as much information as possible. Enjoy and let me know if it helped you out 🙂

  2. "take all attachments off" keeps the best mag in the game on the r99… If you wanna practice… Use a white mag.. you can one clip still.. this will test how good you are.. cause if you use a level 3 .
Well that doesn't happen too often in apex. But if you just pick up an r99 that's like 2 less bullets than a white mag I think. Something around that.

  3. Look up what a strike pack is for and other devices by collective minds and bet it changes your mind. there no better then the average Joe they need certain devices to turn off recoil and shit like that to make that gameplay look so good don't believe me like I said look up collective minds devices. They just leagl cheat and people actually think its" skill" and that they just have some god given talent to have no recoil hahahah sheep… look up collective minds devices

  4. Idk how to feel about this video.

I both love it and hate it. Its a very good recoil control tutorial but I'm at the point where I'm using a vanilla R99 to 1 clip the moving targets for 200 from back on the broken pillar behind the energy weapons.

Which means my next point of improvement is going to be game sense and I have no idea where to even begin to start working on that.

  5. just spray ur gun and let the recoil go do the opposite of the recoil but i see that new players struggle wit remembering to the recoil and countering it while they have to straith and while the enemy is strafe my brother completely freaks out all the time when he encounters like those crazy wraith strafers

  6. Honestly, even if these are just basic fundamentals, these are things that make you better regardless of rank. There were so many basic fundamentals I didn't even know I had to work on, but because you explained what to practice and why, I was able to find out problems I never knew were that bad, and quickly improved on. Many thanks!
