Holy crap this mod took it to the exetreme
i downloaded this. AND I FUCKING BROKE MY PC AND I USE MY OLD ONE NOW
NMI's backstory is that he is pretty much an entity that resides in some pirated / off-brand Sonic 2 cartridges, and his main goal is to phsychologically harm those who play the game in order to run from their personal problems as a manner of escapism.
Even if you destroy the cartridge, its futile, since he can take on plenty of forms, one of which is a human form, of which would appear heavily distorted to the person who's previously encountered him while other people will just see him as a regular man.
Innocence has no correlationship with Majin Sonic, and the Tails VS Innocence segment of the mod is actually based off an image made by Dumbie herself, of which Innocence was standing next to Tails in the Sonic 2 Title screen while the text read " Your escapism is failing you. "
if you're bad at the game and you game over that song, not only will your pc crash but also some random NMI images are gonna pop up randomly on your pc while you're doing random stuff (i don't really know if that's fixable 🤯🤯) (dw if you're good at the game though lol)
also im pretty sure you can play the mod again if you erase the data

I downloaded the mod and worstly I don't want to play it, so I decided to scan the entire files via VirusTotal and the files looks okay which has no detected viruses whatsoever, but when I looked the "tools" folder, those files are executed by Windows PowerShell V1 (which is also known as .ps1 file) I also scanned these files and 1 executable file has detected 2 viruses but it was a false positive cuz the .exe file can run as a SYSTEM user.
