  1. Seeing a person who inherently failing a vital test to save people's life is a massive red flag and should be challenged as there lives on the line compared to not hurting somebodies feelings as they are not up to scratch.

  2. It really does. Two girls finished ahead of me stat wise in the academy. Only on PT standards. My academics were higher. I ran the mile and a half in 8 minutes. They finished with a perfect score after running it in 20 and only doing 8 push ups. I had to do 72.

  3. Who else cringes when u see a 5 ft tall 100lb female cop? When I was a police officer my chiefs sister tried to get on as a reservist, she failed the oc spray test 5 times, and was still let on. She was a liability to herself, the public, her partner, and the department and tax paying public. Dangerous af period.

  4. It depends on the way that the sexism is being applied. I've seen it go both ways, where they refused to hire women even if they were more qualified and where they hired under qualified women because they were a woman.

  5. A lack of grip strength is easy to get around in many areas. I've been a plumber and had to use a makeshift attachment to break old pipes free, carry nitrogen tanks up and down ladders when charging new and repaired A/C systems, and even just carry some of the tools and equipment for a few days after injuring my dominant hand.
