It's actually a pretty obvious choice. There are tons of main DPS units by this point, but no characters function the way venti does exactly. He's unique and serves more overall value. The main value to the Childe banner is specifically the new cryo waifu lol, not even Childe himself

Pulling C6 4star character is harder than pulling C6 5 star character. Sometimes, they intentionally lower the ratings of most popular 4 star character like they doing to Bennett and our cutie Sucrose. So we will say that Rosaria is a bigger bait than 5 star character but not as big as weapon banner.
