  3. I finally got decent internet use to have point to point with 35mbs and before that worse with frontier. funny enough its spectrum but it usually depends on location if they are bad or not. all of them suck. But for real never use frontier they are the fucking devil.

  5. Internet should not be municipal youre crazy bro. Im not to aware where your from but in America we have tech giants that are basically monopolies. Our internet isnt as good as korea but fuck i couldnt imagine how terrible our internet would be if our government handled our internet. Also a monopoly cant exist without lobbyists so really whats keeping us back from better internet is government.

  10. They haven't nerfed talon because he still can't 1v9. A lot of champions nowadays don't really need a team to win as long as they pop off hard enough but the problem with talon is that he can pick off one person with his full wqr combo before having to back off again. Last season the goredrinker build made him more viably able to carry, but it was still nearly impossible to 1v9.
    Right now, he has a ton of damage and the ability to jump over walls, but his health and armor are nowhere near the levels necessary to carry, and unlike champs such as qiyana his invisibility has a 40 second CD at level 16. The biggest reason he did so well vs jayce was because jayce doesnt have the ability to hard cc him in place, and his only cc ability actually helped talon escape tower range.

  23. Random, regarding the Spectrum issue, I work for a separate company. It sounds like the issue isn't actually something they need to enter the home for. That sounds like there's an issue at your node for service with the connection to your home. The maintenance they need to do is at that node.

  25. Riot needs to release a new character called ANGER. Give him a smoke trail that defeats vision (except Pink Ward) Q, a charge attack that knocks enemies up W, built in zonyhas E, and an ult that lets Hinged exchange places with any other champion, either team with the range of caits auto attack R.
    He would cause entire teams to RAGE QUIT!
