Yone has Dash on 3rd Q
Slash that grants shields
True Damage mini zed ult on E and ramping speed
R that dashes and knocks up (just long dash if it doesn't hit a champ)
His E is a mini qss that can counter Urgot R (there's a vid on it)
And scales
He can have a 45% wr but it doesn't make him not op. I stomp him 85% of the time and he comes back to 1 shot my team

Additional info: I played him last night because I knew he was op and I've completed decimated the enemy team without trying
