I have never seen an apex legends player with better aim and accuracy in my entire life than Selly who is a professional apex legends player and might be considered to be the best wingman player in all of apex legends. The gold sight is easier than the 6x for sure but what makes it so good is when you are sniping at range and people try to take cover. You can shoot the slightest body part and get full damage, where with the other sights it takes longer to spot the area to shoot. What sucks is that its so rare so you can't really practice to well with it. But it's like a cheat for sniping.

I know this is gonna sound cap but I haven't ever used the wingman when I first started in season 7, I tried it in the firing range but it never stuck. I finally decided to give it a go in season 10. Its literally the best weapon in the game if you can hit your shots. Damage per shot, hip fire, less movement penalties. I know why streamers mostly use this weapon. It hits for 45 to the body and 86+ to the head. Only snipers can get consistently get close to that damage. The fire rate is ridiculous with a possible 11 rounds. It's absolutely the best. More reliable than a shotgun and can possibly outplay a G7. In all honesty it isn't even that hard to use either.

Yo I think I found a hidden feature that no one know but learns anyway about this games recoil.
What I'm trying to say is I sure this game actually has 2 different recoil patterns on each gun.
The first recoil is following to pattern of the bullets.
While the second is the match the hight or how much the gun moves up while you shut.
Sounds stupid. Or maybe your like ye I already know 😏. But I saying is that the 2 recoil pattern is more important then learning the bullet pattern.
So If you learn the second pattern on r3 or l-star it will seem like your playing guitar hero and only need to move left or right.
So I say people who are skilled see this as duh 🙄. But for beginners to average players the more you know the better you get
Watching this makes you think “Aiming is just pointing and clicking this is easy to do” and then you try yourself and miss every wingman shot.
