Electro Keqing with Xingqui 4 Set thunder soother is BiS, give them both Thunder Soother since Electro and Hydro effects can stack on their enemies. Xingqui is Keq's best hydro support right now. The only issue is Aquila being physical dependent so has almost forced not to go electric and do 2 piece thunder and 2 piece physical.
