Hey Valkyrja , question here , does her C4 works on her 1st passive talent shattered lightsword?
SobP is a whale weapon. You can only use it's max potential if you have weapons of the same series series (elegy of the end, 1.6 kazuha sword) all thats missing is either a polearm or a catalyst. The weapon effects stacks except the similar buffs so EM, atk, atk speed for now but im sure other series will increase er, Cd or elemental damage.
"The Unforged" looks like it came Straight out from HI3
The second weapon is probably Votex Vanquisher
I use starsilver for Razor and he kick ass with his 144% phys bonus dmg. Btw about the Rainslasher in my experience that claymore runs consisten with EM focus claymore like Beidou or Chongyun with dat shatter bonus. That Unforge sword really want for certain shield focus claymore like Noelle and Xinyan.
I have a lvl 90 Skyward Pride on my Diluc so if I don't get Song of Broken Pines it's rip diluc time
Snow tombed is an ok option but not as good as people think, eula is a phys DPS so wants to run superconduct. That reaction will make your cryo application inconsistent in terms of proccing the 200% bonus from the passive and even if you do get it there is still a good chance it will miss. Prototype archaic is the better option of the two, but star tombed looks so much better…
As a F2P i'm just gonna use Snow Tombed because it's also color blue that matches her outfit besides getting her main weapon, and also my summons on the weapon banner is still 0 summons LOL

Snow-tombed Starsilver and Archaic comparison really depend on your artifacts. For example, if you don't find a physical % goblet with any offensive stats, but you found a beautiful atk % goblet with energy recharge, multiple rolls into double crit, etc., then you're going to want to use Snow-tombed. But with enough Physical % on your gear, Archaic can actually come out on top. It's very artifact dependent. For now, I would just throw your artifacts into a damage calculator and then do a weapon optimization to get the list of weapons, in order of dps, to see what weapon is best for you. The consensus on the discord is that Archaic should be better for most people, but Snow-Tombed actually did more damage for me.
Serpent Spine should be better than both of them, and you're going to have Diona at the very least and you can use Zhongli with her. The only case where Serpent Spine might not be great is if you've rolled crit rate heavy on your artifacts by quite a bit.
I wouldn't knock building a bit of energy on Eula though – she will need some. Remember, her burst is one of the biggest reasons to run Eula – it will do 100k+ damage fairly easily, and the more often you proc this, the more dps you will do. Her Burst costs 80, which is not cheap. If you've ever played Noelle, you know how problematic this is and how much you need to prepare for this. You can fund this with Sacrificial Diona – probably her best cryo pairing – but you will need some ER % on gear possibly. My plan is to have an ER % Sands of Time as a back-up so I can swap between Atk % and ER % and see what feels better.
The two best 5*'s are the new pines weapon and wgs. Wgs would even let you run some ER % Sands of Time and not really miss the atk % if it turns out we need it. The ER % Skyward Claymore is probably really good too – you can ignore ER on gear entirely, and it still does pretty good damage.

Why you should be excited for her? Simply the whole 1.5 patch is meant for her every aspect of this patch is telling you to play eula thats how bs MHY to her i hope the upcoming characters recieve this much love too from them

Originally I aim for Starsilver GS but after I got Wallet Gravestone from Standard Banner, I guess it's Wallet's Gravestone it is.
I just hate it on how the color's off on Eula.
