We defeated our first boss in Valheim, and set up a small base of operations. We’ve moving to the coast to set up a dock and water-side base, but there are trolls in the area…and they’re none too friendly!

Those troll fights have dark souls vibes. I love it.
it’s a shame that ppl complain about the low graphics. i can see the pixels and low-res and whatever, but it’s still really beautiful, and if the gameplay is fun, then cool.
the fluffy grass is so pretty, the sky is awesome, the weather is really immersive, the sounds feel very real, the lighting is amazing (especially the mist of morning and evening), and the gameplay looks good – combat, progression, building… even the low-lying fog and the movement of the lily pads are cool.. really enjoyable to watch.
of course there are things that could be better, but i don’t think the graphics are something to complain about.. but to each his own, i guess..
extra perk for me: seeing all the greenery is a great escape, as i look out the window at a very white, snowy world! 😀

When you get to a higher level you can make portals to go to different places on the maps
The Assassin's creed black flag update looks interesting.
1v1 troll is pretty easy once you get yourself a copper buckler. Timely parry will stun them and a few pokes of a spear finish the job. Stamina becomes more important than health.
