There is an Easter egg for the trophies, if you collect all of Johnnys items you get a trophy called “Breathtaking” because Johnny is Keanu and Keanu said “YOURE breathtaking!”, that was funny I think
The Glados "easter egg" is limited to English version I think. I literally just finished that quest but I play it in Polish and didn't catch the resemblance at all. Looks like I will have to do my second play through in English. 😉
