Still the best jumpscare was in RE3 classic when Nemesis breaks the window in RPD then he has a Rocket Launcher
RE3 was subtitled "Nemesis" because it was meant to be a spin-off, not the actual RE3.

To be honest I wasn't really scared of the Oven Man in Resident Evil 4. I even used to avoid being grabbed by him by first triggering him and then walking backwards so he barely misses me. After that he is no longer a harm even though he's burning and just runs around a bit before succumbing to his burns and collapsing.
I literally can’t take Mr. X seriously as I now hear “X GONNA GIVE IT TO YA!” every time he’s on screen, EVEN WITH that intense music playing xD
