  1. LMAO, Sue's a game for it be "Too Addictive" dumbest sentence I've ever heard. You bought the game, and because it was soooo good you didnt want to stop playing. So you filed a lawsuit.

  2. Well in cd projek reds defense they were being hit with death threats by the gamers and were far from done with the game. And to top it all off the developers were going to pull out funding if the game was not out by the holidays season.

  3. Pixar sued Nintendo & developer DMA Design in the 90's claiming copyright infringement…they basically insisted that any CGI unicycle was a blatant copy of theirs and the braindead moron they got for a judge sided with them, resulting in Nintendo being forced to cease production of their SNES racing game Uniracers….

  4. Most of these make sense. Copyright infringement and all that. I heard about the one with Fortnite. I got mixed feelings on that one. On one hand the companies should get some of the profit since it's their stores they're using on the other hand Epic Games tryna put some competition on Apple and Google. Got even Gametheorist theorizing saying they could be making a store of their own. That ties directly to the whole big tech monopolizing themselves thus reducing competition and this is one such example. Personally I think Epic Games should have won that one. The weirdest lawsuit I'd say is Lineage 2. You can sue for a game being too addictive??! That sounds crazy! How come Candy Crush isn't in that sorta thing? That's hella addictive. Can't believe that's actually a thing

  5. I got to play too human bought it from GameStop in a sleeve for like 2 dollars. Honestly it had so much content for what it was and I really enjoyed it. Had they made money and had a chance to make another game it could have been a gaming giant today.
