  1. A lot of these feel very nitpicky. Out of place in a video game isn't necessarily bad and most of these added a lot of laughter to kids who played the games adding an element of immersion because here's a product that we see at the local 7/11

Edit: all right the burger King addition to fight club is amazing, fight me xD that had me rolling

Edit part 2 electric boogaloo: Finally made it all the way through the video, this was extremely nit picky and honestly I hope we get more "shameless" ads in games just to get under your skin more.

  2. Did i get something wrong? You don't play humans in pikmin. And you often see big stuff from humans, not only the battery.
And about the mercedes in MK, yeah, they don't fit. I still kinda liked the classic ones as car guy. The suv i don't care at all.

  3. I don't mind in game product placement if done properly. For example games set in reality having billboards of real ads makes it more realistic. I mean in Cities Skylines and ETS2 I have modded in real brands/companies to them. However, shoe horning them in like in Mario Kart and Pikmin just makes no sense and ruins the immersion

  4. Pepsiman doesn’t fit the list. It’s literally a Pepsi game about Pepsi, what did you expect? Honestly I think games have too little product placement. Anywhere you look irl there’s product placement, realistically a game should be similar, only problem being when it’s one singular product, realistically a game like say Cyberpunk should be flooded with product placement.

  5. Two things:

1 – Corporate sponsored games probably should have been their own list. They’re intentionally cheesy/corny/full of their own products because yeah, of course they are.

2 – Narration could use a bit of work with this one. It lacked a certain amount you charm from other consistent narrators and honestly, mispronouncing Hideo Kojima multiple times?
