Warwick being mechanically simple is always a weird statement. It’s true in a way but so many people don’t know much about ww abilities and how to use it properly. Like compared to garen, ww has way more things that must be considered when attacking people.
Why even Sivir? She is in F tier for how long already? 7 month? Year? She was good only when letality items was reworked for 1-2 moths and dead after that.
