Greetings Howllzz, yeah, the very moment you get Noelle she spoils you so much, Fischl, Noelle and Sucrose are almost on pair with 5* at C6.
Came here to see if my lady Ningguang was in the line-up and I wasn't disappointed.
I like how you don’t have any of these guys built up to their potential lol
Another great reason to build Noelle: she scales on defense. Defense seems to be the most common stat the RNG gives me on artifacts. This makes her very easy to build.
All 4 Stars the best, but i love Lisa.
She have the Highest Multiplier in the Game and Noelle is not 4* she is 10* 😅

🌸🌹I am would agree that Xingqiu yields an amazing benefit and I am surprised that he does not receive the shine he deserves, while not as underrated as Bennet once was, he is still somewhat underused🌹🌸

Ningguang, Rosaria, Diona are my three most used four-star characters in all my alts.
Noelle is literally the best one… U dont need to pull to get her, almost everyone have her in the beginning… she dont need fancy artifact, dump those Def artifact that u think shit on her, she'll serve u right…
u need shield ? Dont need to pull zhongli, just build ur Noelle…
u need heal ? Dont need to pull Diona, just build Noelle…
u dont have enough DPS ? U dont need Diluc, just build ur Noelle (trust me, Im satisfied without C6 eventho she's decent dps, but I finished F12 with her)…
What about weapon ? Make Whiteblind which basically designed for her alone…
Yes she's not the best on each role she can do, but she still doing decent job in it and with almost zero cost of investment u can achive such a value on her !
My Ningguang is full Energy Recharge with The Exile Set and it’s so fun to just spam bursts. Once I get some better artifacts I’ll swap to Petra for more damage.
